Job Description Jitterbit Account Executives are the CEOs of their assigned scope of business, responsible for maximizing opportunity within their territory. The primary role is to generate new and expanded product‑license revenue against an assigned quota, as well as professional‑services revenue across all verticals in their geography. The AE works closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Partners, and Client Success Managers to drive inbound, outbound, partner‑generated, and customer expansion opportunities. Demonstrated success at generating opportunities via outbound efforts is expected.

The AE must possess expertise in technology infrastructure and workflow‑automation solutions to advise customers on the best possible portfolio of Jitterbit and partner solutions. By discussing technology strategy at the CIO level while also engaging with back‑end infrastructure managers, the AE will solve customers’ most pressing automation needs.

Key Attributes for Success

Grow and manage an assigned business territory to exceed an assigned quota.

Manage a complex sales cycle from inception to close, moving seamlessly between CIO/CTO level discussions and lower‑level organizational stakeholders.

Research and understand the business and competitive landscape of prospects using tools such as ZoomInfo.

Develop and maintain critical internal relationships with Sales Development, Marketing, Channels, and external relationships with system integrators and ISVs.

Build a consistent and sustainable pipeline and consistently achieve quota.

Exhibit strong preparation, attention to detail, and forecast accuracy.

Execute via a prescribed sales process.

Operate a modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and ABM solutions or techniques.

Collaborate cross‑functionally within Jitterbit and actively involve leadership for strategic or larger opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a significant track record in complex executive sales and exceeding quotas.

Experience and/or domain expertise selling integration and/or workflow‑automation technology, ideally within the iPaaS market space.

Operate strategically and tactically with minimal daily direction from the Sales Director.

Entrepreneurial spirit.

Thrives in a remote work environment while being located near a major airport for potential in‑person prospect meetings.

Cultivates a win‑or‑lose mentality, exiting losing situations promptly.

Team‑oriented, serving as both coach and player to secure the right resources and plays to win.

Innate curiosity with a strong focus on understanding and solving business problems mirroring various customer use cases.

Hold a four‑year college degree.
