Sales Operations Specialist to $80K - Drive Operational Excellence!
Location: Lynn, MA
Work Model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
Process and monitor sales orders with accuracy; coordinate onboarding for new accounts and ensure compliance; manage EDI setup and troubleshoot issues; handle warranty claims and provide responsive customer support; generate reports and maintain dashboards to inform business decisions; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment; identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales operations or account support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and EDI platforms
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings
