Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Mission Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders' customer´s claims and requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales.

Provide information about products' features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers.

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

Record the customer's personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force).

Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP).

Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company.

Manage customer claims.

Experience

Experience handling marketing campaigns, telemarketing, sales.

Experience gained within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry would be desirable.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position is on-site.

$45,000-$50,000 annually.

Up to 50% in sales commissions.
