Real Estate Attorney
Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a real estate attorney with hands-on experience in easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence to support their team. Location: Remote (preference for Seattle-based candidates) Must reside and be actively licensed in a state where the firm has an office: California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington Start: ASAP Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension Concurrent Work: Candidates cannot perform any concurrent legal work Hours: Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week; may increase depending on skill set) Pay: $80-$95/hour, depending on experience Required Experience: Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence: CA, DC, DE, FL, IL, KS, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA 4+ years of dedicated real estate experience Experience with easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence Ability to work independently Strong writing skills Nice to Have: Homebuilder experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
