$70.00 to $90.00 per hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a contract Real Estate Attorney to join our client in Seattle, WA. This long term temporary opportunity is fully remote, but candidates must live and work in the state of Washington. The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing leases. This role must have 4-5 years of real estate experience and strong leasing experience. Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and review leases Assist with easements, closing checklists, title surveys, and due diligence Qualifications:
