Account Executive – Financial Services
Join Sage as an
Account Executive – Financial Services . You will play a key role in driving sales of Sage Intacct to small and midsized businesses, partnering with prospects to deliver our software solutions and building strong pipeline through collaboration with our SDRs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with SDRs, build pipeline, manage the sales process, and help customers adopt Sage products.
First 90 Days
Learn the Sage landscape through virtual training and product workshops.
Shadow teammates to understand day‑to‑day activities.
Begin prospecting and managing deals, eventually closing deals independently.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales with account management experience.
2+ years closing complex sales cycles.
Experience selling business software to C‑level executives.
Strong business aptitude with proven success in net‑new logo sales in fast‑paced environments.
ERP experience (nice to have).
Hybrid Work Model Hybrid – 3 days in office in Atlanta, Lawrenceville, or Austin.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Identify and qualify opportunities; convert qualified leads into customer solutions based on subscription revenue.
Receive and nurture inbound leads.
Conduct value‑proposition presentations via meetings, phone, webinars.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
Forecast all opportunities using Sage Intacct sales model.
