Job Summary
Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team, you will continually enhance the competitiveness and availability for sale of the product across an assigned portfolio of hotels to optimize overall performance.
Responsibilities
Renegotiate contracting conditions with our hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, best available rates, and ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions with the highest level of system expertise.
Apply targeted actions on the product and prioritize initiatives based on data insights provided by company dashboards.
Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded into the system by suppliers.
Partner internally with the Contracting Manager to ensure high-quality collaboration, sharing strategies and driving efficiency.
Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers to maintain strong relationships and performance.
Skillset and Experience Required
Strong negotiation and contracting experience within the travel or hospitality industry.
Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimize product performance.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to prioritize actions based on analytics.
Proficiency in relevant systems and tools; CRM experience is a plus.
Fluent in English & French, additional languages are an advantage.
