Position Overview
As the Sales Manager at HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group, you will drive group revenue by cultivating relationships within niche markets. You proactively source and secure group business, tailor proposals to client needs, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure successful events. This role reports to the Director of Sales. Responsibilities
Proactively prospect new business opportunities and manage incoming RFPs and inquiries. Negotiate and execute group contracts. Ensure clear communication of client expectations with the hotel operations team. Meet revenue goals and support the overall sales strategy. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies. Provide comprehensive understanding of hotel operations as a foundation for long‑term hospitality career. Qualifications
College degree or two years of hotel experience. Previous experience in a similar or related position. Eligible to work in the United States. Ability to read, communicate, and perform physical tasks required by the position. Positive attitude, warm smile, and friendly personality. Benefits
