Responsibilities
Drive group revenue by cultivating relationships within niche markets.
Proactively source and secure group business, tailoring proposals to client needs.
Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, negotiating and executing group contracts.
Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure successful events and clear communication of client expectations.
Report directly to the Director of Sales to meet revenue goals and support overall sales strategy.
Leverage day‑to‑day work experience for long‑term career growth, with opportunities to advance to larger markets or higher leadership roles.
Qualifications
College degree or two years of hotel experience.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
Experience in Catering Sales and Operations.
Experience in Private/Dining event sales.
Sales Coordinator experience.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Strong communication skills and physical ability to perform job duties (see full essentials below).
