Start from scratch and own your pipeline. We’ll provide a top 200 owner list, but it’s your relationships and hustle that will drive results.
Big Impact Deals:
Sell full-service renovations to large property ownership groups. Deal size varies, with emergency/storm work moving fast.
Mix of New & Key Accounts:
Start by hunting, evolve into managing long-term, high-value relationships.
Autonomy & Growth:
Influence strategy, run business your way, and grow into leadership as the team expands across divisions and states.
Day-to-Day
Prospect and network aggressively; attend industry events and build new relationships.
Sell full-service multifamily renovations: interiors, exteriors, painting, roofing, amenities.
Manage a sales cycle averaging 30–60 days; some larger projects may take months.
Collaborate with project managers to solve field challenges and deliver client satisfaction.
Balance establishing new business with nurturing key accounts.
You’ll Be a Fit If You
Have 3+ years of sales experience (construction/renovation is a big plus).
Bring existing relationships with property ownership groups — or can build them fast.
Are scrappy, self-motivated, and love hunting.
Can manage long-term relationships instead of just transactional deals.
Have a proven track record of sales wins, quota smashing, and accolades.
