Become a part of The Kamstrup North American Sales Team. Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent water metering solutions. We are experiencing significant demand for our products and are focused on the development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the Kamstrup US Sales Team in Cumming, GA to aid our rapid growth in North America.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Inside Sales and Analytics for North America, the Inside Sales Representative will ensure the success of and delivery to our customers by initiating, coordinating, and executing customers’ orders accurately. We are a collaborative team, and you will manage your tasks in close relation with your colleagues in the sales team as well as with external partners such as distributors. We are a customer‑centric organization, and our success is measured by the success of our customers.
Responsibilities
Handling of orders and securing delivery specifications and deadlines.
Support customer workflow through documents for shipping, tracking, and invoicing.
Daily communication with client companies, account executives, and operations staff.
Gathering data for our CRM system so we keep track of and keep delivering the best solutions to our customers.
Various sales‑related projects on an ongoing basis.
Personal & Professional Qualifications, Competencies And Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, two to five years related experience.
Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Acute attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Strong listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven excellence in a face‑paced business environment, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals.
Capacity to work in a business start‑up environment and willingness to help support different functions in the organization to drive successful business results.
The job requires that you are able to travel to Denmark for training up to 5 days per year and fluent in written and spoken English. International travel may be required for ongoing training.
