As we continue to grow rapidly in North America, we are seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to ensure world-class support for our enterprise customers and strengthen our internal operations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Inside Sales and Analytics for North America, this role prioritizes supporting the Inside Sales Team through customer-facing activities, order management, and proactive follow-up, while also maintaining responsibility for broader operational processes. This position will work to continuously improve alignment with our customers’ business processes. Responsibilities

Inside Sales Team Support (Primary Focus)

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Manage customer inquiries related to orders, tracking, and product information, delivering timely and accurate responses that strengthen customer relationships. Process software system transfers and warranty orders in coordination with the Service Department, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer agreements. Create and maintain customer accounts in CRM and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across platforms. Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product delivery, and company processes. Operational and Process Improvement

Act as a champion for continuous improvement, working to enhance internal processes that reflect the same high quality and reliability as Kamstrup’s products. Gather and document customer feedback to identify key improvement areas, helping to shape more effective support practices and workflows. Conduct annual customer satisfaction check-ins for software accounts, ensuring customers are receiving optimal value and support from Kamstrup’s solutions. Schedule and coordinate recurring touch-base calls with key accounts, promoting proactive communication and long-term customer success. Make outbound calls to leads to support sales growth, assist with qualification, and ensure timely follow-up on potential opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer experience. Business Operations Support

Process and manage incoming credit requests, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and thorough investigation of disputes. Contribute to team meetings and special projects aimed at enhancing internal collaboration and customer satisfaction. Support the integration of new tools or systems that streamline internal workflows and improve responsiveness to customers. Personal & Professional Qualifications, Competencies And Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or operational coordination preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal teams, customers, and partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a proactive mindset to adapt to shifting business needs. Experience in invoicing, customer support, or enterprise account administration preferred.
