Senior Premier Relationship Manager – BMO U.S.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of mass‑affluent clients across multiple branch locations.

Serve as the primary client contact, uncover financial needs and provide solutions compliant with regulatory policies.

Use a consultative sales process to develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Identify and execute retention and relationship‑expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with branch partners and community outreach to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience.

Review credit applications and ensure sound credit granting principles.

Provide digital banking options guidance and support for self‑serve technologies.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with security, safeguarding and ethical standards.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of banking products and services.

Advanced understanding of deposit, loan, mortgage, and credit risk policies.

Strong knowledge of brokerage and insurance products, and of business services such as retirement plans and succession planning.

Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem‑solving and influence skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required). 4–6 years of relevant experience; post‑secondary education preferred.

Required: SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, Life & Health licenses (or required within 6 months of start).

Licensing & Regulatory

Licensed position requiring SIE, Series 6, 63, Life and Health.

May involve originator of consumer loans and federal registration under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Criminal background review and credit history evaluation required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $57,500.00 – $106,500.00 (Salaried). Quarterly incentives and annual bonus opportunities available.
