About the Role Capstone IT is hiring an

IT Account Manager

with 2+ years of IT staffing experience (sales, account management, and/or technical recruiting). This hybrid role blends client relationship management, business development, and daily prospecting, making it ideal for someone who understands both the technical talent lifecycle and consultative sales.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow relationships with assigned IT staffing clients

Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders

Conduct daily prospecting activities, including outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups

Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on targeted email and phone campaigns

Identify and develop new business within existing accounts and net‑new prospects

Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account performance in CRM/ATS systems

Support interview coordination, offer processes, and placement execution

Translate technical requirements into clear staffing strategies and role intake

Partner with technical recruiters to ensure quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction

Deliver a high‑touch, consultative client experience aligned with Capstone’s values

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in IT staffing, including:

IT sales, account management, or business development and/or

Technical recruiting within an IT staffing or consulting firm

Working knowledge of IT roles and technologies (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, etc.)

Comfort with daily outbound prospecting and pipeline development

Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with recruiting and marketing teams

Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced staffing environment

Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar)
