Southeast Regional Sales Leader sought for IAQ Manufacturer – MUST RESIDE WITHIN TERRITORY: AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN

Currently, we seek a well‑qualified, dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Leader to drive the growth of IAQ distribution channel for the company’s HVAC brand.
This role requires a motivated and experienced salesperson to manage and expand their presence in both residential and commercial markets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the development and sales performance of multiple channels to market including commercial, residential and direct customer segments within the assigned region. You will be expected to achieve and surpass regional sales targets on a consistent basis. This role involves partnering with HVAC distributors, working with HVAC manufacturing reps, spec reps and engineers to get the company solutions specified in new construction and existing building projects. You will also focus on growing the Dealer network by supporting current dealers while signing up new ones. You will also present the company products and solutions through trade shows, lunch and learn sessions and other external facing events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the HVAC sales channel for the company solutions by building strong relationships with HVAC distributors in both residential and commercial sectors.
Partner with HVAC manufacturing reps, spec reps, engineers, and contractors to ensure company products are specified on new construction and existing building projects.
Conduct regular visits to residential distributors and contractors to ensure sales goals are aligned and achieved.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, distribution‑related sales, or a similar field.
Experience with technical sales and solution selling in the HVAC/IAQ sector.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Must reside within the region, preferably near a major airport.
