Temporary FullTime Nanny in Cotswold for a 6 Month Old Boy

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Cotswold in finding a Temporary Full-Time Nanny for their 6-month-old son. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday, 8/9:00 am - 3/4:00 pm, approximately 35 hours per week. The best nanny for this family would be patient, trustworthy, nurturing, reliable, and have previous experience caring for infants. This candidate should be confident in supporting early developmental milestones and can assist with sleep training, transitioning to solids, and preparing fresh purées for the baby. Each day, the nanny should engage the baby by reading books, listening to music, playing with age-appropriate toys, going on stroller walks, teaching and using baby signs, and taking the baby on outings throughout the community. Mom works from home in a designated office, so the nanny should be comfortable working in a household with a parent present and able to maintain a smooth, independent routine.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

Doing hands‑on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

Family’s laundry and changing the child’s sheets weekly

Child’s meal prep, preparing bottles, and purées

Unloading/loading dishwasher

Wiping down kitchen counters

Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child

Emptying the diaper pail

Child related errands and grocery shopping

Qualifications:

Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

Have a college degree or equivalent experience

Have a professional resume

Fill out a complete online application

Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

Have a valid driver’s license

Have safe and reliable transportation

Have a minimum of three professional references

Be non‑smoking/vaping

CPR and First Aid Certified

Nanny should be fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus

Must be up to date on childhood vaccinations and TDAP prior to starting the position.

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

This position starts February 25th, 2026, and ends in May 2026

Legal pay is offered at $28 - $32 an hour, depending on experience

Continued pay while the family is away
