What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and deepen relationships with clients to boost revenue

Formulate and implement robust account strategies in collaboration with the team

Monitor client engagement and manage accounts to identify growth opportunities

Provide insights into market trends and competitor movements to influence strategic direction

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in SaaS, high‑growth tech, public safety, and software sales

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles

Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience in building account plans and closing deals

Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior decision‑makers

Willingness to travel 30–50% for client meetings and relationship‑building

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience within public safety sales and knowledge of NG9-1-1, CAD, or call‑handling systems
