Description
The Property Management Administrative Assistant will manage incoming traffic, onboard new acquisitions, and provide utility management.
The PM Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Director.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customary administrative duties such as assisting with incoming calls, mail distribution, and distributing reports
Assist in onboarding and prelisting of new acquisitions
Assist with marketing vacancies
Partner with the property management team to ensure smooth move in and move outs of tenants
Utility management
Follow all terms of Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the American with Disabilities Act, and any other pertinent laws
Assist ARG team members as needed
Update job and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Customer service experience, ideally in property management
Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite
Must be a team player, reliable, and organized
Must be professional, energetic, and positive.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines
Physical Demands
Pushing and pulling heavy items on a regular basis
Frequently lifting items of varying weights
Extended periods of standing or sitting
Periodic stooping, kneeling, and bending
Must have manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
