MAP is key in fueling Sam’s overall growth strategy. The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will play a critical role in driving business insights and enhancing sales performance for MAP. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.
Sales Forecasting & Finance Partnership
Work directly with sales teams to create a highly accurate sales forecast each quarter. Develop tools including bottoms‑up analyses and models to provide insights into sales performance.
Provide sales enablement support through transparent views of client spending.
Partner closely with finance to ensure metrics are shared from a single MAP point of view.
Identify and raise risks to revenue proactively, developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with sales and finance leadership.
Manage revenue operations reports and partner with the business intelligence team to enable business teams.
Business Analytics & Reporting
Develop a deep understanding of our overall business and how our different products and sales investments layer into our broader strategy.
Define critical KPIs and operating rhythms to help teams manage performance and create operational rigor.
Serve as the primary point person for our Executive Team on understanding metric movements and trends, providing data‑driven insights.
Drive improvement in sales reporting, enabling the development of fact‑based insights that in turn bring about enhancement in sales efforts, hence, enabling the achievement of sales targets and objectives as well as the overall objectives and targets of the business.
Provide the underlying reporting for action‑oriented WBRs and QBRs.
Strategic Planning & Initiatives
Support cross‑functional teams with long‑term planning as well as the annual operation plan process by leading the bottoms‑up revenue forecasting with Sales.
Partner with cross‑functional teams on projects with a focus on improving revenue growth and sales productivity.
Identify and support alignment of products and buying channel with the appropriate advertisers.
Partner with Sales leaders to drive team meetings and promote revenue growth.

Salary Range - Bentonville, AR $90,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
Salary Range - San Bruno, CA $117,000.00 – $234,000.00 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
