DrivenAdvantage.com – Outside Sales Representative
What You’ll Do Grow the DrivenAdvantage.com purchasing base – you’ll serve as the frontline ambassador responsible for signing up new shops, educating them on the DA.com platform, and driving their first active order.
Field visits & territory development (50% travel)
Visit mechanical, collision, heavy‑duty, and detailing shops within your assigned region.
Conduct in‑person walkthroughs, demos, and valuable presentations.
Build trust quickly and show shops how DA.com saves them money on 120K+ SKUs.
Lead Follow‑up & Pipeline Management
Conduct weekly follow‑up calls on hot leads.
Warm leads will be routed to the Sales Support team, but you’ll collaborate closely to ensure conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records for time management, visit planning, and progression.
Drive Revenue & First-Order Activation
Identify and close new purchasing opportunities.
Uncover high‑value accounts and multi‑location opportunities.
Hit monthly activation and revenue targets by expanding wallet share over time.
Create demand by raising DA.com’s profile across your territory.
Report competitive pricing to procurement.
Provide White‑Glove Service
Troubleshoot ordering issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
Share insights with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Position DA.com as the go‑to procurement solution for shop owners and managers.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
Have 2+ years in outside sales, business development, account management, or territory growth.
Are a natural relationship‑builder who can turn a shop visit into a long‑term partnership.
Communicate clearly—whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
Are organized and comfortable working within a CRM platform for accountability and pipeline tracking.
Have a clean driving record and enjoy spending time on the road meeting customers.
Are self‑driven, motivated by goals, and enjoy the balance of fieldwork and follow‑up weeks.
Can work independently without constant oversight and thrive in a high autonomy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into mechanical, collision, heavy‑duty, or auto‑related businesses.
Background in procurement, shop supplies, fleet services, or automotive parts.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Multilingual skills are a plus and helpful in diverse territories.
Travel Requirements
50% field travel in your assigned market.
Remaining time dedicated to strategic follow‑up calls, remote meetings, and coordination with Sales Support.
Compensation & Benefits
