Job Description The Lease Coordinator for Driven Brands supports the administration of the company’s entire real estate portfolio, including owned, leased and subleased properties for each of our subsidiary brands throughout the United States, Canada, and other countries.
How You Will Own It Support the Director and Lease Managers as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to all franchisees and landlords. Collaboratively and effectively interact with business units, including accounting and legal teams. Manage Certificate of Insurance requests. Facilitate the estoppel requests process including initial drafts. Receive, save and forward real property tax invoices and statements. Maintain and update landlord and tenant contact information including ACH changes. Generate, maintain and update various reports. Review, scan and route all delivered mail. Special Projects. Operate lease management software (Prolease).
Necessary Knowledge Skills And Abilities Developing professional expertise.
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Ability to multitask and shift priorities readily.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Exercises judgement within defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Normally receives established instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Interaction with intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
May provide limited guidance to lower-level staff.
Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.
What You’ll Bring High School diploma or GED equivalent will be considered. 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, most importantly with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Acute attention to detail; strong organization and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, perform, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, multi-tasking work environment. Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams to accomplish goals.
