Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waukesha, WI, for an Outside Sales Representative. The role involves generating new business opportunities, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and building lasting client relationships to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer needs, creating customized solutions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Proven ability in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction or home improvement, is a plus
Willingness to work on‑site in Waukesha, WI
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
