What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic business and category plans for bedding products with major retailers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and stakeholders at retail accounts
Lead joint business planning to identify growth opportunities and negotiate promotional calendars
Collaborate with various internal teams to align retailer plans with brand strategy and profitability goals
Analyze market data and provide insights to drive category recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of sales or account management experience in consumer goods, preferably in bedding or home textiles
Proven track record of driving category growth with major retailers
Experience managing retailer.com business for large accounts
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing product assortments and promotions in a retail environment
Familiarity with ecommerce performance data analysis and insights
Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners effectively
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability
Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
