What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Capital Markets business line, focusing on leasing syndication and distribution
Build and lead a team of capital markets professionals to drive revenue growth and ensure strong execution
Oversee lease syndication and secondary market distribution while aligning with risk and regulatory standards
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to inform business strategy
Represent the employer at industry conferences and investor meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in capital markets, equipment leasing, or structured finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading and scaling a leasing syndication or structured finance platform
Strong institutional investor relationships and expertise in deal execution
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong skills in credit, portfolio risk analysis, pricing, and documentation negotiation supporting credit underwriting
Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products
