Drive the execution of sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and business goals Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering continuous learning and high performance Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and ongoing development within the Direct Sales Team Optimize and refine the sales model, identifying new cross-sell opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, Sales Development, and risk teams to align on campaigns, product launches, and business objectives Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Champion best practices in sales process, pipeline management, and customer experience Qualifications

Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving strong results in a sales leadership role Experience building, developing, and scaling high-performing sales teams Demonstrated ability to establish positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (marketing, product, Sales Development, risk) Strong coaching, performance management, and team development skills Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Benefits and Compensation

OTE ranges vary by zone. Recent remote-based OTE ranges include: Zone 1 – San Francisco Bay Area CA, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County: $165,700—$198,800 Zone 2 – CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts: $149,200—$179,000 Zone 3 – Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina: $140,800—$169,000 Equal Opportunity and Accommodations
