is seeking a Business Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team.

The role will be hybrid, reporting to our St. George, UT office 3 days a week, and you will prospect a surrounding territory. You will be a solution seller, identifying opportunities to leverage TDS’ full complement of solutions and technology offerings, including hosted and premise‑based VoIP solutions, managed services, and web security.

Daily Activities You’ll start each day with a brief team meeting to share successes, challenges, and plans. The majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities, closing and processing sales, and creating your activity plan in our CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through telephone, in‑person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.

Meet or exceed sales growth targets by determining customer needs, articulating how TDS can solve business challenges, and effectively communicating our value proposition.

Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts using the CRM system for all new prospective sales.

Leverage the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategies ensuring high activity and effective closing ratios for new customers.

Write and submit accurate new orders following the established sales process.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience.

1+ years of cold calling experience.

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Other Qualifications

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, multi‑system environment.

Ability to manage a territory using technology, prioritization, and time‑management skills.

Track record of success in business‑to‑business sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including persuasive skills.

Access to a cell phone.

Ability to set and achieve clear goals through planning, measuring, and adjusting.

Ability to work independently, making decisions and implementing solutions.

Computer literacy (Excel, Word, email, Internet).

Ability to maintain quota levels.

Pay Transparency Pay range: $79,000.00 - $128,400.00 per year. The final offer will consider skills, qualifications, experience, location, and role‑specific competencies. Uncapped commission incentives enable unlimited earning potential.
