Job Description We’re seeking motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission–based role with residual income, ideal for those who want full control over time and earnings.
What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
What You Get
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts
Flexible schedule – be your own boss
Sales training and mentorship provided

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation & Benefits This commission‑only residual model includes health benefits, 401K match, and portfolio ownership. You are paid W2 status.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Work well independently and as part of a team
Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
Align with our four core values and be a good human
Remote‑flexible: work fully remote if you have legal work rights and can be in the field region
