We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.

What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
What You Get

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation Commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. W2 status, health benefits, and 401 K match.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Independent worker who can also collaborate with a team
Proven ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking
Alignment with our four core values and a positive outlook
Remote work eligible with the appropriate legal work authorization for the region
