3 days onsite per week after training. Compensation & Earnings
$20.70/hr base pay + monthly commissions $63,000 average first‑year earnings Top performers earn $100,000+ annually Direct hire
opportunity with stability and growth Training & Schedule
Paid training (approx. 9 weeks) Training: Mon–Fri, 10:30am–7:00pm EST Post‑training: 40 hrs/week (M–F or Tues–Sat) Department hours: 8:00am–10:00pm EST What You’ll Do
Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking insurance quotes Educate customers on coverage options and help them select the best plan Bind policies, generate quotes, and identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities Navigate multiple systems while delivering exceptional customer service What Success Looks Like
Converting policies and generating premium revenue Strong cross‑sell performance Meeting ramp goals: 70% in Month 1, 90% by Month 3, full targets by Month 6 What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, real estate, mortgage, D2D, etc.) Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRMs and multiple systems Strong communication skills and a sales‑driven mindset Ability to obtain a
Property & Casualty license
