Social Worker - (Assertive Community Treatment)
Location: St. Louis County, MN.
Social workers on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team provide person-centered, comprehensive, community-based, intensive case management support and services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (primary diagnoses of schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder). This close-knit, multi-disciplinary team is mobile and delivers services Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an on‑call rotation. Services are delivered to each person at a minimum of 2–3 days per week.

Compensation Base pay range: $27.70 – $44.86 per hour.
Full salary range (including longevity):
Social Worker: $27.70 – $41.73 per hour.
Social Worker (MSW): $30.14 – $45.75 per hour.
Qualifications Social Worker Minimum Qualifications (Pass/Fail):
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field; OR graduation with a Bachelor's degree in any field AND one year of full‑time paid verifiable experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Social Worker (MSW) Minimum Qualifications (Pass/Fail):
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in social work; OR graduation with a Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology or a closely related field with a specialization (39 quarter credits or 30 semester credits) in marriage, family, child or victim/offender counseling or a closely related specialization.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
