Manage the assigned underwriting team and enforce corporate and regional underwriting guidelines

Monitor performance and decisions of the underwriting team to ensure compliance with guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in underwriting
