Essential Functions
Motivate and hold accountable a team of leasing and maintenance staff
Ensure positive interactions for prospects, residents, and family members
Maintain property rentals by advertising, filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and securing premises
Oversee and execute building operations
Manage budgeted financial expectations, including rent collections and occupancy targets
Negotiate leases and collect security deposits
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Hire team members and provide continuous learning and development
Operate company or personal vehicle as required for job duties
Handle high-pressure situations, difficult customers/vendors, urgent matters, conflicts, and employ effective interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Education
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
