Job Summary The Senior Copywriter is a proven creative who consistently delivers high‑quality ideas on brief and guides them through the full creative process, including production. They lead creative teams and present directly to clients, shaping campaigns that resonate and perform.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and own copy work, formulating disruptive ideas with minimal oversight.
Establish client relationships, own presentations, and collaborate directly with clients on productions.
Write across all media, including manifestos, scripts, digital content, and more.
Align all ideas with strategy and brief requirements.
Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
Handle all production and post‑production facets with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills internally and with clients.
Give and receive constructive feedback respectfully.
Show maturity and optimism, turning challenges into creative opportunities.
Mentor and lead creative teams.
Basic Qualifications
Portfolio or samples demonstrating smart, brand‑building ideas and executions.
4+ years of copywriting experience within an advertising agency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across diverse creative media.
Production experience and the ability to manage various production types.
Expert storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently.
Collaborative, team‑oriented, and proficient across departments with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills for effective client and internal communication.
Compensation Annual salary ranges vary by location. Base compensation is commensurate with experience and location. Additional information on benefits is available upon request.
