We are seeking a
Product Manager – Digital 3
to define and deliver next-generation
Conversational AI
and
Business Intelligence (BI)
products.
This role requires a blend of product strategy, AI/ML understanding, technical depth, and the ability to drive execution within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, goals, and roadmap for Conversational AI / BI products
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams
Convert business needs into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features and solutions
Evaluate user feedback, data insights, and market trends to enhance product capabilities
Ensure product decisions are grounded in measurable business impact
Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and clear blockers to meet delivery timelines
Measure product success through adoption, performance, and operational efficiency metrics
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
(Not required but helpful)
Experience with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or data platforms
Understanding of BI/analytics systems and reporting tools
Prior experience in Conversational AI platforms
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with a passion for AI innovation
Detail-oriented, structured, and strong at organizing requirements
Collaborative team player able to influence without authority
Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving clarity
Strong presentation and communication abilities
