Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager III – C&IB in PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Austin, TX. The role is primarily office‑based with some field work; certain responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Job Description
Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Create and drive strategy to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit products.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients while actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well‑being; drive client engagement and loyalty.
Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships, actively acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones while presenting the full range of PNC's products and services.
Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
