40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (occasional evenings & weekends for events)
About the Role Join Benevilla’s mission-driven team as a Donor Relations Coordinator and help strengthen relationships that make a difference in our community. In this vital support role, you’ll work closely with the Vice President of Donor Relations to coordinate donor communications, fundraising activities, and special events. You’ll help maintain accurate records in Raiser’s Edge, assist with donor stewardship, and contribute to the success of Benevilla’s philanthropic initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who values precision, enjoys relationship-building, and thrives in a collaborative, nonprofit environment.
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
1–2 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database required
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Collaborative team player with interest in donor relations and fundraising
Typing proficiency of 55–70 words per minute
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
