Donor Relations Coordinator
Join our mission-driven team as a Donor Relations Coordinator, where you'll provide key administrative support to Benevilla’s fundraising and development efforts. Working closely with the Vice President of Donor Relations, this role helps coordinate donor communications, fundraising activities, and event logistics. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and donor engagement, all while contributing to the success of our nonprofit mission. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for relationship‑building, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Base Pay Range $19.44/hr – $19.44/hr

Pay Rate:
$19.44/hr | Hourly, Non‑Exempt
Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings & weekends for events)
Requirements
1–2 years of experience with donor management/CRM systems and data‑driven fundraising (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team and interest in learning donor relations.
Proficient typing speed (55–70 wpm).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
