Bardstown Bourbon Company is a new blend of bourbon makers dedicated to achieving industry standards through transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Recently awarded “Worldwide Whiskey Producer of the Year 2023” by the International Wine and Spirits Competition, the company operates Kentucky’s most advanced distillery and produces award‑winning distillates for both its own brands and custom orders.
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate brand‑builder to join a dynamic marketing team and help inspire an audience of whiskey drinkers across America. The successful candidate will shape brand strategy, drive execution and optimize performance through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy development, execution and system engagement, including consumer insights, integrated brand plans, and KPI monitoring.
Support the annual Integrated Brand Plan and execute tactical programs with robust project management.
Conduct after‑action reviews, manage new product development processes, and coordinate shop‑front initiatives with agencies and field sales.
Design and implement omni‑channel communication programs; support paid media, creative ideation and full system execution.
Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, prepare reports and recommend adjustments.
Analyze marketing metrics, generate insights, and report to senior leadership.
Assist hospitality and events departments with tours, reservations and private events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. MBA is a plus.
2–3 years of brand‑management experience in CPG, ideally Spirits or Alcoholic Beverages.
Excellent written, verbal, and public‑speaking skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficient MS PowerPoint and media‑agency experience.
Experience in media buying, evaluation, SEO, PPC, and promoted campaigns.
Strong project‑management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and a team player.
