This role works with the Sales Relations Manager, Sales Managers, Service Manager, and customer advisors to keep customer satisfaction high. The Customer Relations Manager will advocate for customers and help improve processes and workflows. Day to day, this role assists in reaching out to customers, following up on communications via texting software, answering incoming calls, and proactively contacting recent service customers to quality check their experience. Responsibilities
Keep customers informed on their vehicle status in the shop. Communicate with service customers visiting the dealership to ensure all needs are met. Assist Service Advisors by providing updates to customers through communication software and coordination with Service Management, Parts Department, and Technicians. May be asked to drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. Maintain daily service logs to ensure customer satisfaction with completed services. Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations when required. Perform other duties as assigned, including additional duties for all aspects of customer relations. Provide a concierge approach to customers in the service drive and waiting areas.
Qualifications
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality with eagerness to improve High school diploma or equivalent Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service Reliable transportation to and from work daily Valid drivers license and clean driving record The individual must maintain an acceptable driving record according to our insurance standards at all times. No employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance while on-site or during work hours.
