Brand Manager, Dietary Supplements About Our client owns and operates a portfolio of e-commerce brands made in the USA. Amazon is our largest channel. Our supplement brand is an Amazon-first business focused on dietary supplements including a full line of gummies. We’re in rapid growth mode and looking for a Brand Manager who lives and breathes supplement space to take ownership of our Amazon supplement category and scale it to $10M+.

The Role We’re looking for a Brand Manager

who is deeply embedded in the dietary supplement ecosystem—someone who knows the trends before they hit, has relationships with manufacturers and industry players, and understands what’s driving consumer behavior in supplements. You’ll own the Amazon business end‑to‑end, from product strategy and innovation to marketing performance and competitive positioning.

This isn’t just an Amazon ops role. We’re building a brand, and we need someone who can identify white space opportunities, launch winning SKUs, and position us competitively in one of the fastest‑moving categories on Amazon. You’ll drive product development, go‑to‑market strategy, and brand growth—working collaboratively with our Operations Manager on inventory and fulfillment logistics.

While we envision eventually having a Head of Amazon to manage platform‑level strategy across all brands,

supplement expertise is the primary requirement here . You need to know the space intimately and be able to make smart bets on what to build next.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Product Strategy

Own the brand on Amazon —strategy, positioning, growth, and P&L accountability

Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market trends, consumer demand, competitive gaps, and margin potential

Drive product innovation and SKU expansion to build a portfolio that reaches $10M+ in revenue

Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new launches, including positioning, pricing, and messaging

Monitor the competitive landscape and stay ahead of emerging trends in supplements, nutrition, and wellness

Amazon Performance & Optimization

Track and optimize KPIs including revenue, margins, TACoS, conversion rates, sessions, and BSR

Manage Amazon listings, A+ content, and product detail pages to maximize conversions

Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and supplement‑specific regulations (FDA, labeling, claims, etc.)

Troubleshoot listing issues, policy flags, and performance blockers

Marketing & Content

Coordinate UGC, creative content, and visual assets to drive conversions and brand storytelling

Work with marketing team on promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns

Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate programs as needed

Optimize messaging and copy based on customer insights, reviews, and performance data

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with

Operations Manager

on inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment logistics

Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners on product development, compliance, and timely delivery

Work with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

Align with leadership on brand vision, priorities, and quarterly goals

Requirements

2–7+ years of experience

managing e‑commerce or consumer brands on Amazon, ideally in supplements, health, or wellness categories

Deep knowledge of the dietary supplement space —formulations, ingredients, trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape

Hands‑on Amazon Seller Central experience —listings, advertising, performance optimization, and compliance

Plugged into the supplement ecosystem —connections to manufacturers, suppliers, formulators, and industry players

Analytical and data‑driven —comfortable interpreting metrics, running experiments, and making decisions independently

Strong project management skills —able to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and drive cross‑functional execution

Entrepreneurial mindset —comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and building as you go

NYC‑based or willing to work from NYC

(hybrid flexibility available)

Nice to Have

Experience launching new products or SKUs in the supplement category on Amazon

Understanding of supplement regulations, FDA compliance, and labeling requirements

Background in product development, formulation, or working directly with supplement manufacturers

Experience with DTC marketing, influencer programs, or affiliate strategies

Familiarity with Amazon advertising and PPC optimization
