About the Role As a Sales Counselor, you will provide compassionate support to families, offering funeral selection guidance and attending services.
Responsibilities
Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
Receive training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.
Earning uncapped commissions and total first‑year earnings potential.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
Experience using a CRM system.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Capacity to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Availability for occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends.
