We are currently seeking applicants for the Mortgage Sales Manager position in the Nashville, TN market.
Responsibilities
Managing the secondary market lending function of the loan production office, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations
Ensuring that borrowers are provided the required documents to comply with bank regulations, including but not limited to Good Faith Estimates of closing costs, and other Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) documents
Educating staff on and enforcing the policies and procedures established with regard to the Secondary Market lending function, including addressing complaints and resolving problems
Hiring and assisting in training loan production sales personnel, providing accurate and timely feedback on the progress of new personnel
Completing annual reviews for all loan officers under his supervision
Knowledge
Bank’s secondary market policies and procedures
Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department
Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending
Knowledge of reverse mortgage guidelines both FHA/HUD
Investors’ guidelines
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of secondary market lending experience, and must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software and use of the Internet. College courses relating to business, finance, and insurance are preferred.
This position can be in office or remote. It is a full‑time, executive position that reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
