We are currently seeking applicants for the Mortgage Sales Manager position in the Cincinnati, OH Region.
Responsibilities
Managing the secondary market lending function of the loan production office, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
Ensuring that borrowers receive the required documents to comply with bank regulations, including Good Faith Estimates of closing costs and other RESPA documents.
Educating staff on and enforcing the policies and procedures established for the secondary market lending function, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Hiring and assisting in training loan production sales personnel, providing accurate and timely feedback on the progress of new personnel.
Completing annual reviews for all loan officers under supervision.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years’ experience in secondary market lending.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software, and Internet applications.
College courses in business, finance, and insurance preferred.
Must Have Knowledge Of
Bank’s secondary market policies and procedures.
Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department.
Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending.
Knowledge of reverse mortgage guidelines (FHA/HUD).
Investors’ guidelines.
This position can be in office or remote. It is a full‑time executive position that reports to the LPO Manager.
