Our client is seeking a detail‑savvy Inside Sales Coordinator to join its team in a critical support role. What You’ll Do You’ll be the glue that holds the team together—interfacing with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, logistics, and invoicing. On a typical day, you might:
Maintain vendor/customer accounts and assist in accounts receivable collections
Manage inventory records, shipping data, and purchasing documentation
Coordinate shipments and logistics with warehousing and freight teams
Process transactions using SAP and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Prepare customs documents and liaise with brokers and insurance teams
Coordinate payment of invoices
Compile reports and support ad hoc administrative needs
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, or related field ideal)
2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, customer service, logistics, or operations
Basic Accounting skills (required)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, V‑Lookups, SUMIFS)
Prior SAP experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
