One of our partners, located in Terrell Texas, is looking for an Account Manager who is experienced in working with products for the oil and gas valve and piping industry. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our partner's Production oil & gas industrial products customers.
The role drives account retention, growth, and satisfaction by building long-term relationships, executing quarterly business reviews, and coordinating internally for accurate and timely fulfillment.
60% Account Management | 40% Growth & Development
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Retention – Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers. Conduct quarterly reviews, track trends, and coordinate fulfillment.
Growth & Development – Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and sub-customers. Gather field intel for new product development.
Quoting & Sales Order Management – Create accurate quotes and orders in NetSuite. Shorten quote-to-order cycles and maintain conversion accuracy.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Engineering, and Finance.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution – Manage RMAs, log CRM communication, and maintain first-contact resolution.
Performance Objectives 90 Days
Complete our partner's onboarding, product training, and CRM setup.
Learn our partner's Sales Process and key metrics.
Participate in EOS L10 meetings and learn departmental Rocks.
180 Days
Demonstrate technical fluency in our partner's core products.
Establish proactive communication rhythm with assigned accounts.
Achieve consistent quote accuracy and CRM data integrity.
365 Days
Maintain full pipeline at or above target.
Receive positive customer feedback in QBRs and post-sale surveys.
