Base pay range $100,371.00/yr - $155,164.00/yr

As an Acquisition Program/Project Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of assigned projects and programs throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and performance baselines, and you will play a vital role in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and control all contractual, financial, and technical aspects of assigned projects/programs. Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the activities of multi‑disciplinary teams. Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual provisions. Prepare and present briefings to management officials and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, develop alternative courses of action, and proactively address emerging problems. Develop and champion innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Employee must obtain and maintain the necessary and required security clearance.

This is an acquisition position and is covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program. The employee must meet, or be capable of meeting, Defense Acquisition Work Improvement Act requirements applicable to the duties of the position.

Incumbent may be required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be required to file annually.

The incumbent of the position may be required to travel occasionally by military or commercial air in the performance of temporary duty (TDY) up to 25% of the fiscal year.The position is eligible for telework to include Situational/Ad Hoc at management discretion. However, remote/full‑time telework will not be considered.

PCS entitlements/relocation incentives may or may not be authorized/available.
