About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive with a passion for software and technology to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business within your dedicated territory, managing the sales cycle, and helping clients understand how Rentvine can solve their property management pain points and improve their operations. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter, skilled at building relationships both in-person and over video, and motivated by closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings.
Conduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solution.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions.
Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred).
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close.
Ability to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audience.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.) Property management knowledge is a nice to have but not necessary.
Deep knowledge of The Office and ability to quote relevant show lines a plus.
