Summary As an SDR Enterprise in the DACH region, you will break into new accounts and foster relationships with contacts at all levels of our target customers. You’ll drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, market research, lead qualification, and collaboration with the sales team. Your impact will help move leads into opportunities and closed business.

Responsibilities

Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that become opportunities and closed business.

Learn from our seasoned sales team and help build our world‑class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.

Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.

Assist with the handoff to an Account Executive and support marketing activities and prospect touch‑points.

Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.

Follow up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.

Strong organization and time‑management skills.

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.

Ability to work autonomously and self‑source solutions.

Proven track record of exceeding targets in a quota‑carrying role.

Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.

Ability to write convertible email copy and sequences.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and an active relationship builder.

Experience in HR or Fintech, or in a fast‑growing startup, is preferred.

Native or fluent in English and German.
