Role Summary Sales Development Representative – Enterprise. You will break into new accounts, build relationships across multiple levels, and drive sales growth through both inbound and outbound prospecting. Your daily work will include market research, lead qualification, and collaborating with the broader sales team to transition qualified leads to Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that turn into opportunities and closed business.
Learn from a seasoned sales team and help build our world‑class Sales Playbook and tech stack.
Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
Support marketing activities, prospect touch‑points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
Conduct follow‑up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in a sales development or related outbound commercial role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote‑team environment.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work autonomously and self‑source solutions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a quota‑carrying role.
Experience with CRM systems and sales‑engagement tools is a plus.
Strong writing skills for email copy and sequence campaigns.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and an active relationship builder.
Preferred experience with HR or fintech, fast‑growing startup, and remote/distributed teams.
Native/fluent in English + German.
