Job Responsibilities Navigate basic computer software and multi‑line phone systems. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with potential clients. Interview clients, examine bills and payment schedules, and determine debt obligations. Review credit reports and advise on financial wellness programs to address unsecured debts. Enroll clients into suitable debt-relief programs. Provide educated financial advice, including income, assets, and budgeting analysis. Develop financial plans to reduce high‑interest debt.
Qualifications Post‑secondary education. Experience in credit, collections, financial planning, or sales preferred. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Fact‑gathering abilities. Proficiency with PC systems. Self‑motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Job Type & Pay Full‑time – $60,000 to $85,000 per year.
Shift 8‑hour shift.
Supplemental Pay Commission pay Monthly bonus Weekly bonus
Commute / Relocation Plantation, FL – reliable commute or relocation required.
Experience Outbound sales: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
